About / Muhammad Farooqui

Close to the work.
Accountable to the whole.

I build e-commerce brands and work across the systems that keep them running. My base is Karachi. My focus is the full business.

The storefront is only the start.

A customer sees a product, an ad and a checkout. Behind that simple journey are decisions about the catalogue, creative, fulfilment, courier payments and margins. I work across those decisions.

AEEN (aeenwears.com) is my eyewear brand. MOG, Mart of Gadget, is my gadget store. They are the context for my work with Shopify, custom product experiences and day-to-day e-commerce operations. Across platforms, I have managed more than PKR 14 crore in ad spend.

How I approach the work

  1. Understand the whole order. Trace the path from acquisition to cash received before changing one part in isolation.
  2. Find the actual constraint. Separate a weak offer from a slow page, a delivery issue or a cost problem.
  3. Build something inspectable. A working page, an order workflow or a clear reconciliation sheet beats a vague recommendation.
  4. Keep the feedback loop open. Review what happened, document limitations and decide what to improve next.

Practical systems, human judgement.

I use custom Shopify code and AI-assisted workflows where they make the work better. Tools support the business; they do not replace an understanding of the product, the customer or the numbers. I am the person you deal with, with a team behind me for execution.

Let’s connect the dots

Have a store to build.
Or a business to improve?

Start with the problem. We can work out the right scope.
