Project 03 / Gadget store

A gadget store.
Everyday products, real operations.

A gadget e-commerce store, with work spanning the catalogue, storefront, advertising, day-to-day operations — and an AI support assistant.

Context

A gadget store has a very different catalogue and purchase journey from fashion or eyewear — more specs, more compatibility questions, more “will this work with my phone?” messages. The same need remains: connect the store, the advertising and the operations.

The scope

  • Catalogue and product presentation.
  • Storefront work and the buying journey.
  • Advertising connected to product and fulfilment decisions.
  • Day-to-day store operations.

The AI support assistant

Repeated pre-sale questions eat into a small team’s day. The answer was a self-contained AI customer-service chatbot with two sides:

  • An admin panel where the team enters products, policies and FAQs.
  • A customer chat that answers from that data — not from guesses.

What this overview establishes
